GT3 Racing Goes Dutch

Wilkins & Scott To Race Viper In Supercar Challenge.

Having campaigned an Audi R8 LMS in the 2012 Blancpain Endurance Series, GT3 Racing will be bringing their ex-Britcar and British GT Viper out of retirement in order to take on the Dunlop Supercar Challenge. Team owner Craig Wilkins will again team up with Aaron Scott, who is able to commit to the full season owing to a calendar that sees no clashes with the British GT Championship.

“We looked at the options for 2013 and decided that the supercar Challenge offered us the best value for money,” said Scott. “The Viper will be given a ground-up rebuild over the winter and we’ll also be giving it a hot new livery, which will be revealed later.” Wilkins and Scott took two overall victories in the 2009 British GT season and then took the Britcar title in 2011.
