Greaves 3D Engineering has this morning announced a new partnership highly respected Japanese engineering and motor sport company, SARD Co, Ltd.
SARD, well known for their work and products in the motor racing, tuning and marine fields, will act as partner and agent for Greaves 3D Engineering’s cutting edge range of pit lane equipment and tools throughout Japan and Asia.
Greaves 3D Engineering is a leading supplier to top teams in the FIA World Endurance Championship, the FIA World Touring Car Championship and the European Le Mans Series, with products ranging from bespoke fuel rigs complying with the latest safety regulations to the Professional Tyre Scraper.
Greaves 3D Engineering Director, Jacob Greaves:
“We are very pleased to form a partnership with such a strong and respected company as SARD. Their long history at the Le Mans 24 Hour race makes them a natural fit with our own organisation, sharing very similar goals and philosophies.”
SARD, of course, have announced their intention to return to Le Mans as a racing entity and are known to have investigated potential programmes in LMP1. A Greaves Motorsport spokesman has made it clear that this morning’s announcement only covers the Greaves 3D link up with their new Japanese partners but does a shift of focus to LMP2 now loom for SARD?
