Free Practice 2 for the Michelin Le Mans Cup from the Autodromo Nazionale Monza wrapped up this afternoon with DB Autosport taking a 1-2 after the one hour long session.

Third in class, and completing yet another Norma 1-2-3 in Free Practice was the #25 Lanan Racing with its best lap, a 1:46.915, coming on the last tour of the session from Duncan Tappy — who was quickest in FP1.
The only car in the class to not set a time was the #96 TKS Ginetta P3-15, the car suffering suspension damage during a shunt at the Variente Ascari in Free Practice 1.
Another notable in the class was the #39 Graff Racing Norma M30, the car completed an install lap at the star of the session before spending 40 minutes in the pits. It would return to the track with 20 minutes remaining and set a 1:49.289, last of the LMP3 to set times.
In GT3 it was the #77 Kessel Racing Ferrari 488 GT3 whose lap time of 1:50.056 would not be beaten in the session.
They were followed by the #71 AF Corse Ferrari 488 GT3 and the #8 Kessel Racing Ferrari 488 GTE which set times of a 1:50.197 and 1:50.684 respectively to end the last of the Free Practice sessions in second and third.
The #88 Ebimotors Porsche 911 GT3 found itself in the gravel trap on the exit of Turn 1, leading to a Full Course Yellow. That car finished the session fifth in class with a 1:50.849.
