Former Le Mans winner and FIA WEC champion Marc Lieb is set to make his ADAC GT Masters debut this weekend at Zandvoort with KÜS Team75 Bernhard, replacing regular driver Kévin Estre who is on WEC duty at Silverstone.
Lieb will partner team owner and former LMP1 teammate Timo Bernhard for the weekend. Both are familiar with the Zandvoort circuit, but their experience of the Dutch track in the dunes goes back quite a few years to when they were in the Porsche Carrera Cup.
“We aim to build on our strong form and finally finish on the podium after taking a decent haul of points from the Nürburgring race weekend,” said team manager, Klaus Graf.
“We’re delighted to have Porsche works driver Marc Lieb with us in the team this weekend. He will stand in for Kévin Estre, who will be racing in the WEC.”
