The Automobile Club de l’Ouest has this morning announced the departure, with immediate effect, of Director-General Frédéric Lénart.
Lénart has been with the ACO for six years, effectively replaced Remy Brouard in the senior over-arching role supporting ACO President Pierre Fillon across all aspects of the organisations functions and responsibilities.
The brief announcement has Mr Fillon and the board of directors thanking Lénart for his “years of dedicated service and wish him the best of luck in his new endeavours”.
The announcement also says that “appointment of his successor will be announced shortly.
“The new ACO General Manager will continue the strategic and operational plan led by Pierre Fillon in this crucial period for motoring and motorsports.”
