TF Sport has confirmed the four drivers that will compete in its pair of new Aston Martin Vantage GT4s in the 2019 British GT Championship.
The team, which last raced in the GT4 class in 2014, has rejigged its line-up slightly from that previously announced, when Alex Toth-Jones was named as a driver.
The team will race with four Silver-graded drivers, Tom Canning, who became the youngest ever British GT starter last season, Rory Collingbourne, who raced in Porsche Carerra Cup GB in ’18, former Ginetta Junior racer Patrick Kibble and Josh Price, who has BTCC and TCR UK experience.
All four of the youngsters are eyeing a position in the Aston Martin Young Driving Academy.
“We need to hit the ground running on our return to GT4 competition this year,” said TF Sport Director Tom Ferrier.
“We have a clear objective and that is to win races and be in the position to challenge for the title with both cars. We’re delighted to have these four young drivers on board with TF Sport for the 2019 season.”
The nine-round championship gets underway Easter weekend at Oulton Park and concludes at Donington Park in September.
