Whilst the team’s thoughts are very much on Katherine Legge’s health at present after the huge accident suffered by the British driver yesterday in testing, Richard Mille Racing’s plans are now set for the weekend.
Utilising the partnerships with both Signatech and Oreca a replacement Oreca 07 for the car terminally damaged in both the crash and the subsequent extraction has been delivered and is in the final stages of preparation this morning.
For the race weekend, Tatiana Calderon will be joined by regular Signatech’s double Le Mans class-winning, and reigning WEC LMP2 Champion driver Andre Negrao.
