Miguel Ramos and Henrique Chaves have been confirmed as the 2020 Champions of the International GT Open, following confirmation of the race results of the last two races in Barcelona and the Stewards’ decisions taken thereafter the races.
The Court of Appeal of the Royal Spanish Motorsports Federation (RFEdA) has confirmed that the three appeals presented (two by Teo Martín Motorsport after Race 1 and Race 2, respectively (following contact incidents), and one by AF Corse APM Monaco after Race 2, appealing a post-race penalty) were all withdrawn by the appellants prior to the hearing scheduled on 18 November last, and formally closed the matter.
The top three positions in the final standings of the 2020 International GT Open are therefore confirmed as:
Champions: Miguel Ramos – Henrique Chaves (TMM McLaren), 114 points;
Vice Champions: Salih Yoluç – Charlie Eastwood (TF Sport McLaren), 112 points;
Third: Louis Prette – Vincent Abril (AF Corse APM Monaco Ferrari), 110 points.
