Kessel Racing has confirmed a two-car entry into a booming GT class for the 2021 Asian Le Mans Series next month at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi.
One of the pair will be on behalf of 2018/2019 GT class Champions Car Guy who recently confirmed that they are shelving plans to contest the full 2021 FIA WEC in the GTE Am class. The Asian Le Mans Series entry sees the Japanese outfit switch from their previous service provider AF Corse to Kessel for the first time in their third season in the ACO-run Series.
Drivers for both cars will be revealed shortly.
The confirmation of the two Ferraris sees the overall season entry rise to a new record total of 38 cars with 7 x LMP2, 10 x LMP3, and 21 GT cars now confirmed.
