Japanese GT Update
The Shanghai round of the 2005 SUPER GT Series, originally scheduled for May 21, 22 in Shanghai, has been cancelled and will not be replaced on the calendar. The 2005 Championship will therefore comprise just 8 rounds, starting on the first weekend in April, at TI Circuit Aida.

Genji Hashimoto informs us that he is sadly selling his Team Amprex Lamborghini Murcielago R-GT, bad news for Lamborghini, for Japanese GT fans and for the LMES, which featured in the team's initial plans for the 2005 season. Mr Hashimoto though will race on, and intends to compete in this years Le Mans 24 hours in an as yet undisclosed car.
