As promised the Gulf 12 Hours race organisers have released an updated entry ahead of Decembers double header 6 hour races at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.
Added to the confirmed entry are GT Asia Frontrunners (and Merdeka Malasia winners) Clearwater Racing, Gulf Racing with both a Lamborghini and McLaren GT3 entries, a further McLaren GT3 from MRS GT Racing (who also enter a pair of Porsche 991 Supercups in the Porsche one make class), the ELMS regular Team Russia by Barwell BMW Z4 GT3 and a further pair of Aston Martins, one from MP Motorsport and the other from Kinfaun (John Gaw’s own team).
The three cars from Nova Race have disappeared from the list (2 x GTX class Ginettas, and the GT3 Nissan GT-R, also removed from the reserve list is one of the two Bentleys, this believed to be the GenerationBentley car, now up for sale.
The other two GTX class cars from the earlier list are removed from the updated order too and there’s been a reshuffling of the reserved GT3 entries with an additional McLaren and Aston Martin but now only one Audi R8.
The next updated list is promised on 22 September.
