Zakspeed are to enter the 2015 ADAC GT Masters with two Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3s, Luca Ludwig has already been confirmed as one of the drivers.
The partnership between Zakspeed and BKK Mobil Oil is set to continue and the 2015 campaign will be run under the ‘Mobil Oil Team Zakspeed’ banner.
The team’s second Mercedes could be entered either in the Gentlemen Trophy or potentially with some form of ‘junior’ squad.
Zakspeed hope to have the final driver line-up sorted out by February.
2014 was Zakspeed’s first full season with the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 in the Super Sports Car League. The solitary Zakspeed SLS AMG secured podium finishes at the Nürburgring and in the grand finale at Hockenheim. Alon Day qualified for pole position at the Nürburgring and Luca Ludwig repeated the feat at Hockenheim.
