The latest meeting of the World Motorsports Council has confirmed that the proposed FIA GT World Cup will go ahead in 2015.
The event will be held on 19-22 November 2015 in Macau and will be open to cars homologated in the GT3 category.
There is no information yet available on the promoter but the timing, as part of the annual Macau Grand Prix event, would suggest that it is likely to involve the organisation behind the GT Asia Series.
