There have been a number of changes to the provisional Spa 24 entry list in the last week or so.
The Oman Racing Aston Martin has moved from the Pro Cup to Pro-Am up with the addition of a fourth driver: bronze-rated Australian Jonathan Venter joins the car’s regular full-season line-up of Jonny Adam, Ahmad Al-Harthy and Daniel Lloyd.
The second of the two ROWE Racing Mercedes, the #98 of Indy Dontje, Thomas Jaeger and Nicolai Sylvest, was withdrawn by the German squad ahead of the event.
Dutchman Dontje has found a berth in the #71 GT Russian Mercedes in the Pro-Am class, however, sharing with Marko Asmer, Lewis Plato and Alexey Vasiliev in a seat that was originally set to be filled by Alon Day.
The other GT Russian Merc in Pro-Am, the #70, has had its two unconfirmed seats filled by Kenneth Heyer and Miguel Toril.
Anders Fjordbach has joined Mads Rasmussen, Denis Andersen, and Martin Jensen in the all-Danish #17 Insight Racing Ferrari in Pro-Am. Fjordbach started the Blancpain Endurance season with the ISR Audi team, which has since gone down to one car.
In the #41 Sport Garage Ferrari (also in Pro-Am), the fourth seat has been filled by Gabriele Lancieri and Eric Cayrolle has taken the place of Arno Santomato, while the fourth seat in the #83 HTP Bentley was taken by Clemens Schmid.
In the Am class, Werner Hamprecht has replaced Ralf Overhaus in the Boutsen Ginion BMW Z4, while the Sport Garage Ferrari has changed from #16 to #42 and now sports a driver line-up of Christoff Corten, Marc Guillot, Tony Samon and Christian Beroujon.
Alpine LMP2 pilot Paul-Loup Chatin completes the line-up of the Delahaye Racing Porsche, while Phillippe Haezebrouck and Benjamin Caccia have filled out the #36 Sainteloc Audi’s seats.
Finally, Philipp Wlazik is the fourth driver for the #56 Attempto Porsche.
