Radio Show Limited To Broadcast VLN

RSL to produce English language coverage of the Nurburgring-based series

Building on the success of its English Language coverage of the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring, Radio Show Limited has come to an agreement with the organisers of the VLN to broadcast every 2017 event live.

“RSL has been the English voice of the Nürburgring 24 Hours since 2006 and they have a global endurance audience so they are the natural choice for our International live broadcasts,” said the VLN series.

“The Nürburgring Nordschleife is a global motorsport icon,” added Eve Hewitt, Managing Director of RSL,”and the VLN is a series with a worldwide following. We are very excited to work directly with the series organisers to bring these fabulous events to endurance racing fans everywhere. The first event broadcast is 25th March and will be anchored by RSL commentator John Hindhaugh.

“I love the Nurburgring; it is quite simply the most challenging circuit in the world. I’m very excited to be part of this project.”

The coverage will encompass live sound and vision broadcasts of the nine VLN events this season and will be available via video player on the series website www.vln.de and www.radiolemans.com.

In addition the audio will be broadcast via one of the RSL Radio channels, enabling VLN fans around the world to listen while they are on the move.

Radio Show Limited produced over 2000 hours of live motorsports broadcasts in 2016, is the ACO licence-holder for Radio Le Mans at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and is the Global audio partner to IMSA, FIA WEC, FIA IES and the Bathurst 12 Hour.
