The entry for the inaugural FIA GT Nations Cup will number 18 two driver crews representing countries from around the world at the Bahrain International Circuit on 1 December 2018.
Entries are open to one car representing one nation, with competitors from across Europe, Asia, Australasia, North America and South America completing the list.
Each crew must be shared by one Silver and one Bronze-rated driver. Each crew must hold a passport of the country that they are representing.
The European contingent brings duos from the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Belarus, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and Turkey.
Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and China fly their flags for Asia with Mexico, Argentina and Australia completing the line-up.
CAll competing cars will be to FIA GT3 regulations with two practice sessions, two qualifying sessions, two qualifying races of sixty minutes each, and a third and final race of sixty minutes to determine the overall winners.
The final line-up includes seven different marques with Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Nissan, Mercedes, McLaren and Porsche machinery all vying for glory.
Competing crews can be supported by any team, teams can also run multiple cars of different nationalities should they wish to do so and AF Corse, Rinaldi Racing and Herberth Motorsport squads boast multiple entries with Garage 59, W-Racing Team, RAM Racing, AKKA ASP and Kessel racing amongst the other familiar names on the team-sheet.
