Another day, another look back at a DSC Oldie but Goldie.
This time the first of two galleries for DSC’s David Lord from a very significant race – November 2003 saw the ACO gather a very tidy field of LMP and GT machinery at a frigid (and for the race rather wet) Bugatti Circuit.
The 1000km outing served as a preview for the potential for a full Series the following season.
From those beginnings came the Le Mans Endurance Series, Le Mans Series, European le Mans Series, Japanese Le Mans Challenge, Asian Le Mans Series, Intercontinental Le Mans Challenge and the FIA World Endurance Championship.
