Corvette Racing and Mobil 1 have partnered to run special one-off silver liveries on the pair of Corvette C8.Rs at this weekend’s Sebring 12 Hours in celebration of their 25th anniversary of partnership in motorsport.
Mobil 1 and Corvette have won the Sebring 12 Hours eleven times since 2002 and have combined for a total of 114 wins across all series. The partnership stretches beyond that, however. Mobil 1 oil was used as early as 1996 in the planning and testing sessions before the programme was even launched.
