Bastian Buus is the 2023 Porsche Junior.
The 19-year-old Dane impressed the selection panel during a selection process involving twelve candidates selected from across the world last month.
He will now receive a season-long package of comprehensive support from Porsche Motorsport in 2023, a process that has seen significant success in developing racing talent in past years.
His 2022 predecessor Laurin Heinrich (pictured above) has been promoted: After winning the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany in 2022, the German has now joined Porsche’s pool of contract drivers, the layer below full-factory status.
