2022 was the 40th anniversary of the iconic, and for once that is the correct word, Group C formula.
We’ll be taking a look back this Christmas week at the formula with no little help from an astounding job done by Porsche’s heritage and PR teams in their marking of 40 years of the formula and of the mould-breaking 956.
We’ll be telling the story of that car, and of it’s little sister 962 in words and pictures, and we’ll be taking a swing at a three-part A-Z of every marque that competed, including some that didn’t, in the era!!
