Season 4 of Michael Fassbender: Road To Le Mans is complete and available on YouTube now.
This excellently produced chronicle of the Hollywood actor’s odyssey into sportscar racing has now reached the start of the 2022 ELMS season and blends fly-on-the-wall coverage of the preparation for track action with some stellar in-car action from the European Le Mans Series, coupled with the silky smooth tones of Series commentators Jonny Palmer and some other bloke.
The action then progresses to the dramas of the 2022 24 Hours of Le Mans – and it’s an unbeatable look behind the scenes!
The story vividly exposing the stresses and strains associated with a high profile individual’s introduction to the realities of the biggest race in the world.
The build up to the great race and the real-time responses to some of the curve balls that the event can throw into the mix are as good an insight into the real world pressures that this writer has ever seen.
Genuinely highly recommended.
