Lilou Wadoux is the first official female Ferrari Competizioni GT driver.
The 21 year old Frenchwoman only embarked on her competitive career in 2017 after taking her first steps in karting.
Lilou trained in the Peugeot one-make series before making a name for herself in the Alpine Elf Europa Cup championship where she was the first woman to take an overall race win.
She switched to LMP2 in 2022 in the World Endurance Championship driving for the Richard Mille Racing Team, the season producing four top-ten finishes.

She was selected in both 2021 and 2022 to compete in the FIA WEC rookie test and became the first woman to test a Hypercar in the test after last season’s 8 Hours of Bahrain where she sampled the World Championship-winning Toyota GR010.

During that session, she also had the chance to climb into the cockpit of the Ferrari 488 GTE, the car with which she will represent Richard Mille AF Corse in the LMGTE Am class of the next World Endurance Championship where she will share the #83 car together with Luis Perez Companc and an as yet un-announced Pro driver.

Lilou’s appointment as a Ferrari Competizioni GT official driver is a further extension of the Italian marque’s commitment to the promotion of increasing the opportunities for women in the sport already exemplified by the partnership between the Ferrari Driver Academy and the “FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars” programme, created by the Women in Motorsport Commission of the International Automobile Federation (FIA).
Lilou Wadoux: I am thrilled and incredibly proud to join the Ferrari family. Becoming an official driver is a dream come true and brings great responsibility. However, hard work always pays off, and I will do my best to repay the people who have believed in me from the outset. This new position is an important step in my young career, but I am ready to give my all and represent one of the world’s most famous marques.
