The Prototype Cup Germany will start its second season in Germany and the Netherlands at six events with two races each.
Three race weekends are planned at DTM events, including an appearance at the Norisring, after Proto Cup Germany co-promoters ADAC took over the DTM license at the end of 2022.
the Norisring event will mark the first time sports proyotypes have raced on the street circuit since Supercup in 1989.
The other three race weekends will take place as part of the ADAC Racing Weekends.
The races of the Prototype Cup Germany, organised by ADAC and the Dutch agency Creventic, will remain independent; the DTM Endurance concept presented in December will not be pursued further.
All races will be available online in the free livestream at adac.de/motorsport and on YouTube.
In addition to the six race events, an official pre-season test will be offered, which will take place on 22 March 2023 in Mugello.
