Jakobsen’s Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix appearance
Team Peugeot TotalEnergies junior driver Malthe Jakobsen appeared at last weekend’s Historic Grand Prix in Copenhagen driving a Peugeot 208 Rally4.
The young Dane played a key part in the event which helped raise 750,000 kr for children’s charity Race For Riget.

BHK testing at Monza
Former ELMS team BHK Motorsport has been out testing at Monza with a pair of prototypes. The team turned laps with the ORECA 07 it used in last year’s ELMS season and a brand new Duqueine D08 that is bound for the Prototype Cup series.
This year the team isn’t competing in the ELMS. However, it appears to have ambitions to return to the ELMS and Asian Le Mans Series in the future. It has launched a ‘Road to ELMS’ programme which it plans to use to create a ladder that promotes drivers from the Italian Sport Prototype Championship to the LMP2 class of the ELMS.

Corvette GT3 display
Pratt Miller displayed a brand new Z06 GT3.R at Road America over the weekend, much to the delight of the fans on site. The car was presented in a beautiful satin black finish.
Next year Pratt Miller is set to compete with a pair of Z06 GT3.Rs in the IMSA GTD Pro class. Current IMSA LMP3 team AWA has also been confirmed as a new customer for Corvette, last week revealing that it will race in GTD.

Road America attendance
A huge number of fans were on hand for the IMSA racing at Road America over the weekend, setting an all-time IMSA attendance record.
According to the IMSA social channels, it was the biggest crowd since 1979 and comes amid a season in which sports car racing crowds have been growing at events around the world.
