2023 British GT4 title contender Race Lab has confirmed a dual GT3 and GT4 programme in the British GT Championship with McLaren.
Its McLaren GT3 Evo is back, with an unchanged pairing of Lucky Khera and Euan Hankey, who look to build on their seven-round campaign last year which included a second-place finish at Donington Park.
The GT3 (pictured below, last season) will not be present at the upcoming Media Day. Instead, it will be formally revealed before the season opener at Oulton Park.
Hankey and Khera were part of Race Lab’s three-car programme last year, which also featured a GT4 car for Ian Gough and Tom Wrigley.
Gough and Wrigley have moved from Race Lab to Century over the winter after finishing third overall and second in Pro-Am last season.
This paved the way for the team to field an Artura this year for the new pairing of Ginetta GT Championship runner-up Callum Davies and MRF 2000 championship title winner Sai Sanjay.
The duo took several GT Cup poles, wins and podiums together with the same car and team towards the end of last season in preparation for their British GT graduation.
This is also the first season in which 21-year-old Sanjay has raced full-time outside of his native India. And he’s looking forward to the challenge…

It’s an honour and a source of immense pride, and I am eager to showcase the strength and spirit of Indian motorsport on the international stage. Here’s to a season filled with challenges and triumphs.”
Davies, his 17-year-old co-driver. will be amongst the youngest on the grid but is confident that his second season of GT racing will be no less successful than the first.
“To be racing at such a high level in the McLaren Artura, and as one of the youngest drivers in the field, is an opportunity I am truly relishing,” he said.
“I am also incredibly proud to be part of a team that includes Sai Sanjay, with whom I have already shared fantastic results, but to also continue working alongside my driver coach, Jon Lancaster.
