Marvin Dienst was quickest in Night Practice at the 2024 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps, after setting a 2:16.287 in the dying minutes of the session aboard the Bronze Cup-entered #54 Dinamic GT Porsche 911 GT3.R (992).
The #9 Boutsen VDS Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo spent the majority of the session at the top of the times, after a 2:16.550 by Maximilian Goetz was further improved upon to top the Pro class in second overall.
The AMG GT3 Evo ended up just three-thousandths of a second ahead of the #28 Haas RT Audi of Dennis Lind (#28 Haas RT). Lind bought out the second and final Red Flag of the session at the very end, after hitting the guardrail at Turn 13.
Also running into trouble at Turn 13 was Adam Eteki (#111 CSA Racing Audi), who set the fastest time in the Gold Cup before bringing out the Red Flag with an off.
Track action continues tomorrow for the Spa 24 Hours runners with Superpole at 15:45 local time.
