With the advent in 2025 of the Heart of Racing Aston Martin Valkyrie LMH, the FIA WEC will see its first ever V12-engined car, the last time a V12 raced at le mans was the Valkyrie’s forefather, the Lola Aston Martin of Kronos Racing in 2011.
