Ex-Ford Factory driver Billy Johnson has returned to racing after a serious road accident on October 20th close to Watkins Glen saw him airlifted to hospital after his car struck a deer.
The accident left Johnson with multiple fractures to his face and upper jaw which required extensive emergency surgery.
Despite that he was cleared to take part in the WRL (World Racing League) event at Sebring this weekend, coaching and driving in a pair of BMW M4 GT4s.
