Reigning F1 World Champion Max Verstappen had his first opportunity to sample a current spec GTP car yesterday.
He took part in a gathering of Honda’s best and brightest at Las Vegas Speedway for the filming of what looks set to be an extraordinary promo film for the brand, and specifically to promote the Honda Civic Hybrid. A SuperBowl Ad slot? We’ll see.

With a Meyer Shank-prepped Acura ARX-06, joined for the event by an IndyCar and the IndyCar-powered Honda CR-V, the filming involved Verstappen, his Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez, and RB team-mates Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda.
