Iron Lynx will continue its collaboration with Proton Competition for the 2025 European Le Mans Series campaign, fielding an ORECA 07 in the LMP2 class with Jonas Ried, Maceo Capietto and Matteo Cairoli returning as a trio for a second season.
Jonas Ried will be back for his third year in endurance racing after making the switch from single-seaters.
Capietto, a 19-year-old Frenchman, also makes his return to Endurance Racing to enter his second LMP2 season.
Experienced 26-year-old Italian Cairoli will run in ELMS to complement his FIA World Endurance Championship programme with Iron Lynx in LMGT3.
While the driver line-up is identical to last season, the car’s livery is not. This year the 07 will sport a predominantly yellow livery (featured) with black stripes, after racing in black with yellow accents (below) in 2024.

“We think there is room to make more steps forward, and having the same lineup of drivers will help us leverage the work we have done so far. We trust Jonas, Maceo, and Matteo, and we look forward to supporting them in their championship run.”
The 2025 ELMS championship will kick off with a round of collective testing at Barcelona on the 1st of April, followed by the opener on April 6.
