FEL Motorsports has announced that Canadian female racer, reigning Nissan Sentra Cup Champion, Valérie Limoges, will join the 2025 SCCC presented by Michelin grid.
Limoges, the 2022 and 2024 Nissan Sentra Cup Champion, will drive a FEL Motorsports Hyundai Veloster Turbo TCA car, as part of an exciting new diversity programme developed by FEL in collaboration with Michelin and other key industry partners.
The joint initiative is ‘designed to foster inclusion and provide high-level racing opportunities for diverse drivers and crew members in Canadian motorsports.
As FEL explains in its press release, announcing Limoges’ arrival after a successful decade competing in Nissan Canada’s one-make series.
Limoges, has also raced in the prestigious Daytona 24 Hours, competed in the Grand-Am Cup/KONI Challenge Series (now the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge). And boasts single-seater experience in Formula Ford and Formula Renault 2.0 machinery over the course of her 22-year racing career.
Valérie, will be paired with another soon-to-be-announced female driver in a two-car effort operated by MD Autosport, a Toronto-based team led by IMSA championship-winning crew member, Mathieu Deschamps.
As a current member of the Ford Multimatic Motorsports team, Deschamps brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this new initiative.
“I am incredibly excited to be part of this new chapter in Canadian motorsport with FEL Motorsports,” said Limoges. “This programme is an amazing opportunity to showcase talent, break barriers, and inspire the next generation of female racers. I can’t wait to hit the track and push for success with MD Autosport.”
