Lamborghini took the inaugural LMGT3 title last season with Iron Lynx, but the messy divorce between the two saw the Italian supercar manufacturer leave the ELMS.
That, though, is the sum total of the bad news!
In the good news column is the arrival of no fewer than three new LMGT3 marques to the series with Corvette (TF Sport), McLaren (United Autosports) and Mercedes AMG (Iron Lynx) bringing a more varied field for 2025
The ELMS is the only other ACO Series that has adopted full LMGT3 specification alongside the FIA WEC, so all 13 cars run with the homologated torque meter package, providing live monitoring of power delivery to the driven axles.

2024 LMGT3 Champions Iron Lynx are back to defend their title, but this season, they are running a Mercedes-AMG LMGT3. Ex-Aston Martin LMGT3 racer Martin Berry and his 2024 teammate Lorcan Hanafin are joined by Mercedes AMG factory driver Fabien Schiller in the #63.

United Autosports will make its LMGT3 ELMS debut in Barcelona, with former LMP3 champion Wayne Boyd being joined in the #23 McLaren 720S LMGT3 Evo by Aussie Garnet Patterson and Britain’s Michael Birch.

TF Sport will run the only Corvette Z06 on the grid, with factory Corvette racer Charlie Eastwood, fellow WEC racer Rui Andrade and 2024 FIA WEC Corvette driver Hiroshi Koizumi sharing the driving duties.
The #82 car in Barcelona will be running in yellow livery after a testing accident destroyed the team’s third car.

Racing Spirit of Léman will run the only Aston Martin Vantage in the 2025 ELMS field with an all-French line up of factory driver Valentin Hasse Clot, and ex-FIA WEC D’Station Racing LMGT3 pairing Erwan Bastard and Clément Mateu in the #59.

Four-time LMGTE ELMS Champions Proton Competition will run a Porsche 911 GT3 R LMGT3, with double LMGTE drivers’ champion Alessio Picariello being joined by 2021 champion Matteo Cressoni and Iron Lynx co-owner Claudio Schiavoni in the #60.

The second Porsche 911 on the grid is the #85 Iron Dames, with the now Silver-ranked Sarah Bovy staying on board in the ELMS together with Michelle Gatting. The pair will share the car in 2025 with 2024 MLMC regular Célia Martin, the French driver making her ELMS debut in Spain.

Kessel Racing will run a pair of Ferrari 296s, with the #74 car headlined by factory Hypercar and reigning Le Mans winning driver Miguel Molina. He’ll be joined by fellow Spaniard Fran Rueda Mateos and Briton Andrew Gilbert.

Double Le Mans class winner and Ferrari factory driver Daniel Serra will race the Car Guy liveried #57 with WEC Mustang racer Ben Tuck and the returning Takeshi Kimura.

Former ELMS and WEC champion and Le Mans GTE Pro double winner Gianmaria Bruni will race the #66 JMW Motorsport Ferrari, partnering returning American duo Scott Noble and Jason Hart.

The #55 Spirit of Race Ferrari will be back on the grid with the unchanged driver line up of Duncan Cameron, David Perel and 2013 ELMS Champion Matt Griffin. Duncan and Matt are choosing to contest the opening round of the ELMS rather than their otherwise full-season parallel effort in the British GT Championship.

AF Corse will also run a pair of Ferrari 296 LMGT3s with the #50 Richard Mille AF Corse for factory-backed Lilou Wadoux, Riccardo Agostini and Custodio Toledo.

The #51 AF Corse Ferrari meanwhile, sees factory driver Davide Rigon joined by ex-Formula Racing driver Conrad Laursen and the returning Charles-Henri Samani, the car now in a chrome-based Breton flag scheme, matching that of the #83 ORECA.

GR Racing completes the field with the eye-catching black and orange #86 Ferrari, which will be driven by the returning Mike Wainwright and Riccardo Pera, joined for 2025 by a second Silver-ranked driver, the talented young Brit Tom Fleming.
