2017 Super GT Champion, 2019 Super Formula Champion and 2024/ 2025 Formula E World Championship runner-up Nick Cassidy has been confirmed as a full season Hypercar driver with Peugeot Sport TotalEnergies for the 2026 FIA WEC season.
The 31 year old New Zealander will make his WEC prototype debut with Peugeot four years after a near full season in GTE AM with AF Corse, his racing cv also includes pole position on his LMP2 debut in a Eurasia-run Ligier Gibson at Shanghai in the 2019/ 2020 Asian Le Mans Series.
Cassidy will run with the team at a post-race test at CoTA next week.
He is one of several driver changes DSC expects to see at Peugeot for 2026.
