Le Mans Ultimate, the official video game of the FIA WEC and Le Mans 24 Hours, will expand its offering later this month with the addition of the European Le Mans Series, an enhanced custom livery system, and details of its third team driver swap test race.
Version 1.1 of the title launches September 23, introducing ELMS weekend formats and free access to ELMS liveries and the unrestricted LMP2 class. The first of three ELMS content packs includes Silverstone — back on the ELMS calendar for the first time since 2019 — and the Ligier JS P325 LMP3.
It follows the grand launch of Le Mans Ultimate Version 1.0, which was launched earlier this summer and included 2025 FIA WEC season content.
Each pack, priced at £8.99 (€9.99 / $11.99), will contain one car and one track. A discounted season pass is available for £21.99 (€24.99 / $28.99), with Pack 2 due before the end of the year and Pack 3 scheduled for early 2026.
The update also brings improvements to custom liveries, including a new “LiveryHub” created with SimGrid that allows players to share and download community designs. Additional features include custom numbers, offline use of liveries, and expanded server options in Asia and North America.
Le Mans Ultimate’s next driver swap test race is set for Oct. 3–5 with the 6 Hours of Fuji.
Other changes include simplified Chinese language support, TrackIR integration, revised driver ranking brackets, and tidied car selection menus.
Motorsport Games CEO and Studio 397 head Stephen Hood said the studio is “extremely excited to be adding another endurance series with the European Le Mans Series with even more tracks and a new class of racing,” adding that the team expects the new content and features “will go down well with players.”
