The first three drivers have been announced for the new #16 Ford Mustang GT3 entered by Myers Riley Racing, a partnership between Riley Motorsports and Ross Myers, the owner of Pennsylvania-based vintage automotive museum, 3 Dog Garage.
Felipe Fraga, Sheena Monk, and Ford Racing Driver Development Team member Jenson Altzman will share driving duties in the #16 Mustang. Fraga, the 2022 Rolex 24 At Daytona LMP3 class winner and 2016 Brazilian Stock Car Pro champion, continues with Riley as a full-season GTD driver, his seventh year with the organisation, after spending the last few seasons driving alongside former Riley client Gar Robinson in the LMP3 and LMP2 classes.
Meanwhile, Monk joins Riley full-time after a partial season in 2025 with Triarsi Competizione. She left the Ferrari customer team prior to the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen in June. “As a proud American, there’s something deeply meaningful about racing a Ford Mustang once again,” said Monk, who’d last driven a Ford Mustang in the 2022 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. “I am eager to build momentum alongside my new teammates and represent Myers Riley Racing with the determination this program deserves.”
As a full-season Bronze driver, Monk expects to contend for the Bob Akin Award, given each year to the top Bronze driver in the GTD class. The 2026 Akin Award winner will receive an automatic invitation to the 2027 Le Mans 24 Hours in their name.
Altzman, who will be Myers Riley’s third driver for the five-race Michelin Endurance Cup, made his GT3 racing debut in a part-time campaign with Gradient Racing, with a best finish of fifth in his final start with the team at VIRginia International Raceway.
He also finished second in this year’s Michelin Pilot Challenge GS championship, driving a Mustang GT4 for McCumbee McAleer Racing with Aerosport. “I’m thrilled to be joining Myers Riley Racing. It’s incredible to see so much success come out of the support that Ford continues to put in and it’s truly an honor to be part of this program,” Altzman said.
Monk is expected to join Fraga for the full 2026 season and compete for the Bob Akin Award, given to the top Bronze driver in the GTD class. The winner of the Akin Award will receive an automatic invitation to the 2027 Le Mans 24 Hours in their name. Altzman, meanwhile, is expected to round out the line-up in the five-race IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup.

Myers Riley Racing’s new Mustang GT3 – expected to be the 2026 Evo version – will make its first appearance at the IMSA Sanctioned Test at Daytona from November 15-17. The team’s fourth driver for the Rolex 24 At Daytona will be announced at a later date.
