Lin Hodenius Added To Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Factory Roster

Performance and Junior drivers revealed today

Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing has unveiled its upcoming roster of factory GT drivers ahead of the 2026 season.

The Affalterbach-based marque will have 10 performance drivers and three junior drivers next year, with the only new addition coming in the form of previously announced 19-year-old Lin Hodenius.

Hodenius, who contested this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship aboard an Iron Lynx-run Mercedes-AMG, alongside select outings in a variety of other series with the Silver Arrows, joins Tom Kalender and Jayden Ojeda as a Junior driver. The Dutchman was confirmed earlier this week to be reprising his FIA WEC role in 2026.

Daniel Morad is the only driver exiting the Mercedes-AMG ranks, after one season spent as a Performance Driver. The Canadian raced in IMSA and GT World Challenge Asia competition this season.

The future of Nürburgring-specialist Adam Christodoulou, who has held the title of ‘Expert Driver’ in recent years, is unconfirmed, with Mercedes-AMG set to announce their 2026 Expert Drivers at a later date.

Each driver’s individual race programme will be announced at a later date, although select details, such as Hodenius and Martin returning to the FIA WEC, and the marque’s 24 Hours of Daytona line-up, have already been confirmed.

“With our driver line-up for 2026, we have set the course for another successful season in international GT racing,” commented Stefan Wendl, Head of Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing.

“The combination of experienced drivers and up-and-coming talents makes our line-up very strong and forms the basis for consistent top performances. I would like to express my special thanks to Daniel Morad for his great dedication and commitment this year.”
