Italian team Villorba Corse will return to GT3 racing in 2026, as part of a multi-year partnership with Lamborghini which sees it gain ‘supported by Lamborghini’ status.
The three-time 24 Hours of Le Mans competitor raced in Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe and Porsche Carrera Cup Italia last season, having most recently competed in GT3 in 2024 in International GT Open’s Pro-Am class, with a Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO.
It’s in GT Open that Villorba Corse will make its GT3 comeback, fielding a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 for a pair of Lamborghini’s GT3 Junior Driver Programme members. The exact drivers who will be involved in the effort, which will sport the #63, are unconfirmed.
Villorba Corse will also continue to contest Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe in 2026, fielding up to five cars, and make its debut in the GT Open-supporting GT Cup Europe with a two-car effort.
Long-term, Villorba Corse has also confirmed it will be a future customer of the Lamborghini Temerario GT3, which is undergoing a limited rollout this year.
