Dutch squad JW Raceservice will return to the GT4 European Series in 2026, with a single Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport.
The team’s #259 Porsche will compete in the Silver Cup for its sophomore GT4 Europe campaign, and be piloted by the all-Dutch pairing of Bas Visser and rookie Leon van Verseveld.
Visser formed part of the team’s line-up last season, when it recorded a best finish of eighth in class at the season finale at Barcelona.
“2025 was our debut season in GT4 European Series,” Visser said. “We will take all our learnings of last year and with a new teammate we are ready to show what we can really do in 2026. I can’t wait for the season to begin!”
20-year-old van Verseveld is new to GT4 competition this season, and steps up as the reigning Junior champion in the Dutch Mazda MX-5 Cup. Van Verseveld made his GT4 debut at Zandvoort’s four-hour New Year’s Race, where he claimed pole position and a podium finish in class.
Van Verseveld commented: “I am massively looking forward to the 2026 season. This is a big new challenge for me, stepping up into international competition. I can’t wait to embark on this adventure together with Bas and JW Raceservice and grow together to a higher level so that we can compete at the top of the championship!”
The 2026 GT4 European Series begins at Circuit Paul Ricard on 11th to 12th April 2026.
