AO Racing and AO by TF have finalised the lineup for the team’s defence of the LMP2 Pro-Am win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the wake of Louis Delétraz’s switch to Cadillac Hertz team Jota.
James Allen will join Dane Cameron and PJ Hyett aboard the #99 Oreca LMP2 entry ‘Rockie The Pegasus’ in the LMP2 Pro/Am category.
A championship winner in the 2023 European Le Mans Series and holder of back-to-back wins at the 2022 and 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans, Allen brings extensive prototype experience to this year’s Le Mans effort.
“I’m really excited to be joining AO Racing for the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans,” said Allen. “AO have proven to be an exceptional team during their time in LMP2 and the results they have achieved in such a short time in the category speak for themselves. I’m looking forward to working with Dane, PJ and everyone at the team with the goal of repeating their success at Le Mans from last year!”
The team’s 2025 class win came after a second place finish in 2024.
The 2026 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place June 13-14 at the iconic Circuit de la Sarthe.
