Rowledge; Thompson Join Paradine For World Challenge Europe Debuts

Paradine Competition has refreshed its driver line-up for the second round of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, with Josh Rowledge and Bobby Thompson joining the team at Monza this weekend.

The pair, who are both series debutants, will race its #992 M4 GT3 Evo in the Gold Cup alongside Christian Hahn.

2022 Ginetta Junior drivers’ champion Rowledge has been confirmed for the remainder of the Endurance Cup, whilst this is currently a one-off for 2022 British Touring Car Championship Jack Sears Trophy winner Thompson.

“I can’t thank Paradine Competition enough for giving me the opportunity to join the crew for the #992 BMW for the rest of the Endurance Cup season, including the 24 Hours of Spa,” Rowledge said.

“Racing in GT World Challenge Europe is a huge milestone in my career. It’s also a huge challenge, given the level of the competition, but it’s one I can’t wait to take on.”

Thompson commented: “I’m competely ecstatic to get the call to join the crew for the #992 BMW. It’s a different challenge for me, coming from British touring cars where you’re just focusing on yourself.

“It’s going to be a lot to learn, especially the general endurance racing stuff like pitstops. I’ll also be learning the car again. The last time I drove it was during a test three years ago, so a lot has changed since then. It’s new start for me, but I will give it my best shot and enjoy the opportunity of driving a GT3 car around Monza.”

Paradine has also confirmed that Jop Rappange will join the #992 crew for the 24 Hours of Spa. The 25-year-old has competed at GT World Challenge Europe’s blue-riband event with Dinamic GT for the past three seasons, finishing second in the Silver Cup in 2026, and this year is taking on the Sprint Cup aboard a KPX Motorsport-run BMW.

Rappange said: “I’m very excited to join Paradine Competition for the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa. It’s a team that has quickly developed a strong reputation. It’s good for me to get more time at the wheel of the BMW, as I also race the car in Sprint Cup.

“The 24 Hours of Spa is a race I have done three times and it is always a big challenge. Everyone can have pace, but Spa it’s all about focus, consistency and trusting the team.”

Elsewhere, Razoon – more than racing has announced its trio for Monza. LMP2 regular Georgios Kolovos, his son Stelios, and Lenny Ried will share the Bronze Cup-entered #914 Porsche 911 GT3 R (992.2) in a complete line-up overhaul from Circuit Paul Ricard.

GT World Challenge Europe will race at Monza on 29th to 31st May 2026, before heading to the 24 Hours of Spa on 25th to 28th June.
