Version 1.4 of Le Mans Ultimate will be released next week, bringing with it the first of three packs from the American Track Pass.
Daytona International Speedway and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca will feature in Pack 1, which will be available alongside the release of the Version 1.4 update on Tuesday 28th July 2026.
The pack will cost US$19.99, with the American Track Pass costing US$44.99. Pack 2 is set to be released late in 2026 Q3, with Pack 3 following in 2026 Q4. Both of these packs will also feature two circuits, which will be revealed at a later date.
Both Pack 1 and the Track Pass will have a 10% discount at launch.
Version 1.4 will also include numerous quality of life updates, such as refinements to both LiveSteward and the Protest system.
LiveSteward will now be able to teleport a car to its garage if it hasn’t moved for a while, whilst protests and now paired with the replay system to improve efficiency.
The online systems will receive a significant, if not obvious, change, with a component layer from a third party being replaced by Studio 397’s own ‘RaceOS’. A new netcode protocol will also be introduced.
Pro and Pro+ members will now earn an ‘Event Joker’ for every 10 online races they participate in, which allows them to void the driver rank and safety rating impact of a race, whilst they’ll also have access to new, longer-lasting Practice+ servers.
The brake thermal system has been advanced, with the surface and core of the brake disc now simulated separately. This will be most noticeable whilst driving prototypes.
Brazilian Portuguese has been added a language option, as has an update pit lane system, owing to the addition of two circuits in Daytona and Laguna Seca which don’t feature traditional garages.
The option therefore now exists for cars to spawn in the pit lane itself, alongside the addition to the penalty system that cars will now be penalised for not entering the fast lane quickly enough.
And finally, the Alpine A424 and Cadillac V-Series.R will receive their 2026 Evo kits, meaning all machinery in-game is now up-to-date with its current specification.
