The #45 Wayne Taylor Racing Huracán GT3 EVO2 not only set the fastest time in GTD, but the fastest outright time, a 1:45.591 turned in by Danny Formal. The fastest time in GTD Pro belonged to the #4 Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports Z06 GT3.R Nicky Catsburg set the benchmark time with a 1:45.653, putting him less than two-hundredths ahead of the #59 RLL Team McLaren 720S GT3. Max Esterson put in a 1:45.669 late in the 90-minute session to move up to second.
Coming off its emotional win at Road America, the #9 Pfaff Motorsports Lamborghini Temerario GT3 was third-fastest in GTD Pro, fourth-quickest overall, via a 1:45.675 from Andrea Caldarelli.

The #16 Ford returned to the track late in the session, but will lose its fastest lap in Qualifying for bringing out a red flag – as will the #1 Paul Miller Racing BMW, which brought out a red flag in Practice 1 yesterday.
