Conquest Racing will run a special livery at next weekend’s Motul Petit Le Mans in Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, honouring the memory of former Conquest driver Cédric Sbirrazzuoli.
Sbirrazzuoli was part of the crew that won the GTD class in the 2024 edition of Petit Le Mans, racing alongside co-drivers Manny Franco and Albert Costa. In tribute to the Monegasque driver, who passed away at just 39 years of age on 20 August, the #34 Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo will wear the same white, red, and black livery used when Conquest Racing won the race in 2024.
“It was important for both Manny Franco, myself, and the entire team to pay homage to Cédric and all he did for the sport,” stated Team Owner Eric Bachelart.
“Winning Petit Le Mans in 2024 was both a great memory for the team but especially side-by-side with Cédric, who was always such a positive influence both on and off the track. Seeing that same livery will bring back many good memories, which will of course include his name alongside our drivers.”
In addition, Conquest Racing will also welcome IMSA regular Alec Udell to the team for the first time.
A past champion in Pirelli World Challenge and GT4 European Series competition, Udell has three career IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship podiums, helped TF Sport take the LMGT3 class win at this year’s European Le Mans Series 4 Hours of Imola, and gave the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R its first worldwide competition victory during the 2024 GT World Challenge America season.
Udell recently drove AF Corse USA’s Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo at the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen in June. He replaces Fran Rueda, who will shift over to Inception Racing’s #70 Ferrari to fill in for Ollie Millroy.

From my seat, Eric has put together a great team. They’ve been a consistent threat every weekend this season. I’m excited to be part of it. Albert and Lorenzo are strong drivers with great pace, my goal is to settle in and be as plug-and-play as possible to the group. Petit Le Mans is a special event in the season packing tons of excitement – I’m certain we can all capitalise on that.”
“Alec Udell joining the programme should also be a great addition to Albert and Lorenzo, we have been paying attention to Alec over the last several years, and excited to finally get the opportunity to work with him,” Bachelart said.
Conquest Racing enters this final race of the 2026 season lying sixth in the GTD Teams’ championship, while lead driver Costa is currently fifth in the Drivers’ championship, best of all Ferrari drivers and teams. Their best finish so far this season was a third-place finish at Long Beach.
