Michael Benham and Duncan Tappy will return to race the Lanan Norma LMP3 in the 2019 Michelin Le Mans Cup for a second season.
The Bedfordshire-based team have had a presence in LMP3 from the very beginning campaigning a Ginetta in the first season of LMP3 back in 2015 scoring a podium finish at Imola, then supporting the successful two-car ARC Bratislava Ginetta LMP3 effort in 2016/17 scoring a race win at Buriram and taking second place in the class Championship.
Benham and Tappy had a learning year in the class in 2018 but showed great pace with pole positions and podium positions.
The effort even delivered a single win in the first year, and it was on the biggest stage, taking victory on race morning at the Le Mans 24 Hours in the Road to Le Mans support race.
Graham Johnson, Team Principal: “It is great to have Michael and Duncan back this year. Michael has made a hell of an impression in his first year in Prototypes and we are looking forward to consolidating that in 2019 “
The team begin testing in February in preparation for the first race at Paul Ricard on April 13th
