Ligier, which has by far the most current LMP3 chassis out racing around the world, is working hard in the background to ensure that its customer base will be ready to race in 2020 either by upgrading their current cars or purchasing new builds ahead of next season.
DSC has also observed behind closed doors progress, on Ginetta’s 2020 LMP3 car.
The current intention, DSC believes is for all four new-look LMP3 chassis manufacturers (Ligier, Ginetta, Norma and Adess) to present their new cars to the public at the Le Mans 24 Hours in June.
