24H Series promoters Creventic have confirmed that a brand new race, the uninterrupted 12H KUWAIT will replace the now cancelled 2022 24H Sebring.
The new event, set to take place at the brand new Kuwait Motor Town facility, will take place from 30 November – 2 December 2022 with the race proper taking place from noon through to midnight on 2 December, this the deciding round of the 2022 Championship of the Continents.
The race will utilise Kuwait Motor Town’s full Grade 1 licensed 5.609km Grand Prix Circuit which features a 1,075-metre straight between turns one and two, onto which competitors will emerge from pitlane.
The Herman Tilke-designed track also features an ‘homage’ to the legendary four-apex turn at Istanbul with the challenge replicated turns 12 – 15.
The 24H SERIES powered by Hankook will be the first major international motor sport organisation to be hosted at Kuwait Motor Town and will thus be the first international endurance race in the State of Kuwait.
Creventic are currently liaising with their customers to assess the likely demand for the replacement event with several understood to have provided immediate and positive responses.
The 24H SEBRING was cancelled in light of continuing logistical difficulties worldwide.

One in which we are confident our fans and supporters will invest in their traditionally enthusiastic way.”
