The 2023 European Le Mans Series 4 Hours of Le Castellet entry list has been released today, featuring 42 cars across the four categories set to compete on the 14-16 July weekend.
The grid will see 122 drivers and 26 different teams from 30 different nations take part, with 4 French teams and 17 French drivers set to contest their home event.
There are a handful of changes to up and down the order.
In LMP2 Pro/Am there is a single change, with Nathanaël Berthon not listed at DKR Engineering. Instead, the #3 ORECA has only Tom Van Rompuy and Sebastien Alvarez named. There is no TBA, meaning it’s likely they will race as a pair.
LMP3 sees two changes. At Eurointernational, Nick Moss is no longer part of the #10 Ligier JS P320 team after a traumatic, penalty-packed opening race at Barcelona. Currently, only Glenn Van Berlo is down to drive.
At Racing Spirit of Le Man, Fabien Michal is out and Jean-Ludovic Foubert is in.
Foubert, who has a full year of ELMS under his belt in 2022 with COOL Racing, will compete with fellow Frenchmen Jacques Wolff and Antoine Doquin in the #31 Ligier. The latter is fresh from a Silver Cup podium in the Spa 24 Hours racing with Audi Sport customer Team Sainteloc.
The final change sees Mikkel Mac step aside at Formula Racing in GTE, making way for Ferrari AF Corse Hypercar driver Nicklas Nielsen.
The LMP2 category features an identical list of seven cars.
