Announcing his departure on his Instagram feed, Menezes says:

“After a 3 year journey together, filled with ups and downs, Bahrain will officially be my final race with Peugeot Sport in the FIA WEC. It’s been an absolute pleasure building this project together and making memories that will last a lifetime. As one door closes, new doors open. It’s too soon to share with you all my plans for 2024, but it will be fast – best of luck to the team..”

Menezes has been with the Peugeot programme in the #94 9X8 from the start, and is currently one of only four drivers to have raced more than one different car in the Hypercar class, racing at Monza in 2021 for Glickenhaus before beginning his Peugeot programme after Le Mans last year with best results thus for of a pair of 4th place class finishes in 2022.

No announcement has yet emerged directly from Peugeot Sport but the team has already had the opportunity to see Stoffel Vandoorne in action after the ex F1 star substituted fro an injured Nico Mueller at Fuji.
