AO Racing has revealed the Hot Wheels die-cast ‘Rexy’ Porsche 911 GT3 R, which will go on sale in 2024.
Five Ferraris customers for Gulf 12 Hours
Five Ferrari customer teams have confirmed their intention to compete in the 2023 Gulf 12 Hours at Yas Marina on December 10th.
Reigning Gulf 12 Hours champion AF Corse will return to Abu Dhabi to defend its crown in the GT3-exclusive race, having won 12 months ago with 2023 Le Mans 24 Hours winners James Collado, Antonio Fuoco and Alessandro Pier Guidi behind the wheel.
Four-time Gulf 12 Hours outright winner Kessel Racing is expected to be a strong contender in the Pro/Am class. The Swiss team could also compete in the Am class.
Dubai-based Austrian competitor Baron Motorsport is now a Gulf 12 Hours regular and has confirmed its presence on the grid again for the 2023 edition.
More Ferrari competitors are currently working to finalise their efforts, including the Germany-based NLS regular Racing One, which will make its Gulf 12 Hours debut with the new Ferrari 296.
Making it a five-strong Ferrari family is the UAE-based Dragon Racing, which is headquartered at the Dubai Autodrome.
Luyendyk at Rennsport
Two-time Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk may not be synonymous with Porsche, but he was part of Rennsport Reunion 7’s stunning list of former drivers in attendance.
He sat down with RACER’s Marshall Pruett during the weekend to tell tales from his brief association with the German brand, which you can watch on YouTube.

Priaulx, Sheddon and Griffiths win Spa Six Hours
Two-time WTCC champion Andy Priaulx, three-time BTCC title winner Gordon Sheddon and Miles Griffiths won the Spa Six Hours historic endurance race by a lap on Sunday.
The trio were first across the line in their #14 Ford GT40, leading home a Lotus Elan driven by Andrew Jordan, Sam Tordoff and James Dorlin and a GT40 with Tony Wood, William Nuthall and Michael Lyons which completed the podium.
