Creventic has revealed that more than 70 cars are already registered for the 2024 Hankook 24H Dubai, which is set to be held between January 12th and 14th.
The provisional list features nearly 50 teams representing 14 manufacturers, with 34 cars entered in the GT3 category.
The GT3 class list includes three previous overall winners, Herberth Motorsport (Porsche 911 GT3 R 992), Car Collection (Audi and Porsche) and Land Motorsport (Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II).
2021 Overall GT Teams’ champion ST Racing is also set to make its return to the 24H Series with a BMW, alongside British GT championship-winning outfit Century Motorsport which will run a pair of M4 GT3s.
Mercedes is well represented too, with MP Motorsport, CP Racing, Hofor-Racing, Heart of Racing by SPS and Getspeed.
Additional Audis have been entered by Haas RT, and Asian Le Mans Series entrants Attempto Racing and Saintéloc. Meanwhile, Huber Motorsport, Pure Rxing, MRS GT Racing, Ebimotors, Car Collection, Grove Racing and Saalocin by Kox Racing will race with Porsche.
Greystone GT and 7TSIX bring McLaren 720S GT3s to the race, and at least one brand new Ferrari 296 GT3 from Dragon Racing will take the start. The provisional GT3 entry is completed by Modena Silverstone, Team Parker Racing and Liepert Motorsport, who will represent Aston Martin, Bentley and Lamborghini respectively.
Elsewhere on the list, 20 cars are already registered for the 992 class, the brand new Vortex 2.0 will compete in GTX, along with the return of Lotus, an Exige V6 Cup R is listed from Lotus PB Racing
The GT4 class features a gaggle of BMW M4s, a Toyota Supra and a McLaren Artura GT4 from DTO Motorsport. It will be the first 24-hour race for the Artura.
